Planning a Brooklyn hibachi party

Share the Brooklyn address, date, guest count and type of space when you inquire. For a rooftop, apartment building, terrace or event venue, check the property’s rules for a propane grill and confirm there is enough open, ventilated space. What the private chef brings

Our chef brings the hibachi grill, ingredients, cooking and entertainment. The standard dinner is $50 per adult and $25 per child age 12 or under, with a $500 minimum. Each guest chooses two proteins with fried rice, noodles, vegetables, salad and sauces. Filet mignon and lobster tail are available for an additional $10. Travel and gratuity are separate.

Please prepare tables, chairs, plates and utensils unless setup is arranged separately. Allow a level area of at least 8 by 8 feet. Our chef typically arrives about 30 minutes early, and the experience lasts roughly 90 to 120 minutes.
